As for a return or exchange policy, in the event of a production defect in a product/item;

  • An E-mail should be sent within one hour of receiving the product/item, stating the problem with picture evidence.
  • An RMA number will be issued to be used when returning the product.
  • Upon receiving the product, Hm Present will examine the stated deficiency to determine whether or not the item is eligible for return/exchange.
  • In the event of an item/product found being eligible for a refund, Hm Present will refund the item via store credit, bank transfer or credit card refund.
